This is a class for students who have never taken Pilates before or for those who want to get back to the basics of getting into shape in a non-threatening, supportive atmosphere. Bring your well-cushioned mat and wear loose fitting clothes and get ready to stretch and strengthen every body part for 50 minutes to relaxing music.
